Olives and rosemary needles were crushed simultaneously in the same press at a small mill, without the use of any added essences. This process allows for the essential oils within the rosemary to harmonize with the oil from Coratina olives. The producer hand harvests these olives from Andria, Italy near the Adriatic coast.
Use Rosemary Agrumato on Lamb, Pork, Potatoes, and Foccacia!
