French Eggs - Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter ramekins and add 1 tablespoon half and half or heavy cream. To each ramekin add: one egg, a pinch of cheese, salt and pepper and a teaspoon of minced, fresh chives.
Step 2: Bake until the yolk reaches your desired consistency, 8 to 12 minutes. Serve.
Grilled Turkey Sausage - Split sausage links in half, lightly brown with Olio's Market Picual Olive Oil
Fruit Salad - Cut up Strawberries, Banana's, add some Blueberries. Then add Olio's Market Mango White Balsamic to taste and mix.
Tomatoes - Thinly slice tomatoes, then drizzle with Olio's Market Neapolitan Balsamic Vinegar. Chiffonade some fresh basil to top.
Serve with Pumpernickel Toast or any toast to your liking.
Marcie's Frittata Recipe by Marcie Costello Ingredients Cast Iron Skillet or Skillet that can be used in the oven 1 Onion 1 to 2 Cup Red, Yellow & Orange Bell Peppers or any veggies 7 Eggs, beaten 8oz of Smoked Gouda Cheese shredded Salt & Pepper to taste 1/2 cup of Olio's Market Infused or Agrumato Olive Oil (any flavor will work) Directions Pre-heat oven to 450 Degrees Saute onion, bell peppers in olive oil. Once veggies are cooked to your liking, add the 7 egg mixture to the skillet then add smoked gouda cheese to the top. Skillet should be hot enough to start cooking the eggs before going into the oven. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle Olio's Market Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning on top of cheese after baking. To add even more flavor, drizzle a little bit of the olive oil on top.
